Sharon has more than 20 years of experience in the Singapore property market handling residential, commercial and industrial properties. Headed by Sharon, the properties sold by the Knight Frank Auction team range from residential properties such as apartments and landed properties to commercial properties including shophouses, strata offices/shops, factories and development sites.
Knight Frank is one of the few real estate consultancy firms in Singapore that are experienced and qualified to organise property auctions. Knight Frank auctions an average of 180 properties a year, grossing a total of more than $100 million.
Vina Ip, Blogger of PropertySoul.com
Vina Ip is a property enthusiast who bought her first condominium unit for rent since 2002. In the next 4½ years, she built up a portfolio of five private properties. By 2008, its total value had more than doubled. In 2010 and 2011, she sold four of the properties, realizing a net profit of 80 to 120 percent.
Vina is the blogger of PropertySoul.com - a blog to share experiences and tips on property investment. In April 2014, she published her book No B.S. Guide to Property Investment which was a bestseller at Kinokuniya and Times.
