Ku Swee Yong, CEO, International Property Advisor
Ku Swee Yong is the Chief Executive Officer of International Property Advisor Pte Ltd. in Singapore. He was a Director in the Real Estate Centre of Expertise at Société Générale Private Banking, responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Savills Singapore and the General Manager at Far East Organization’s Indonesia office.
Swee Yong’s opinion is regularly featured in the Straits Times, Business Times, 新明日报, 联合早报, Channel NewsAsia, TODAY, etc. He has published five books on the property market. He lectures on a part-time basis in the Singapore Management University and the Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Design & Environment.

Tan Wee Kwang, Founder, Absolute Inspection
Tan Wee Kwang was formerly a deputy director with Building and Construction Authority (BCA). He also founded Absolute Inspection Pte. Ltd., which is currently Singapore's biggest defects inspection company with more than 10,000 home inspections in Singapore and Malaysia to date. Wee Kwang has profound experience in home inspection and is currently the most sought-after defects inspector in Singapore. For his expertise in defects inspection, Wee Kwang was previously featured in Channel 8 “Frontline” , Straits Times, The New Paper, AsiaOne and Shin Min Daily News. He had also spoken at various platforms, including SMART EXPO, Renovation & Furniture fairs at Singapore Expo, as well as various private property clubs.
